While the team did a great job restoring our floor, they left the job unfinished and with multiple hazards. They finished the bulk of the work in April but left us without thresholds and with a hole in the floor. These are major trip hazards, made particularly dangerous as we have young children. Multiple calls, emails and texts have not rectified the situation. We are trying to now find someone to sort it, but it’s been complicated by the fact that Absolute did not leave space for thresholds.
I would rate the work they did as 5 stars as it was a great bit of restoration, but leaving us with hazards is unacceptable. Saying you will sort it for months on end and STILL leave us hanging is even worse.

Absolute Floor Sanding & Installation completely transformed the flooring in our home, uplifting the entire space and making it feel homely.

They completed what would have been weeks of work for us in two days, they were prompt and professional and happy to lend a hand where we couldn’t manage moving furniture on our own! Started off well - quick visit to look at requirements (resanding of floor and stairs) but downhill from there. No quote issued despite multiple follow ups then eventually just ghosted. If they didn’t fancy the job then would be much more professional to just say so - disappointing

Hired some equipment and the guy that dropped off was so friendly and helpful. I ordered completely the wrong grit sanding belts but he advised and swapped them out. Good quality equipment and good pricing compared to others I researched. 10/10 would highly recommend.
